Our History

Anderson Dentistry began in 1963 when Dr. Don Anderson graduated from the University of Toronto and moved to Kingston to start a dental practice. At the time there were very few dentists in Kingston and another one was greatly needed. In the beginning his wife Barb Anderson was his receptionist, dental assistant and bookkeeper. Over the next 32 years Dr. Don Anderson built a very successful dental practice and had many associates working with him until his son Scott Anderson joined him in 1995. They worked together for a very enjoyable 20 years until Don retired in 2015 after 52 years of dentistry. Anderson Dentistry has many patients that have been attending the practice for 20,30,40, and even 50 years. There are several families that have 3 and 4 generations of family members as patients coming to the office. To them and every other patient, a sincere thank you for your trust and loyalty over the years.
